1. Customers will only receive airtime on the number they have registered with.
2. Airtime Voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
3. TopRewards is not responsible for any loss of voucher.
4. Badly scratched vouchers will not be exchanged.
5. Customers can receive a maximum of 2 vouchers per mobile number.
6. This promotion is a shopper promotion and the employees, retailers, wholesalers and distributors are not allowed to participate in the promotion.
7. The campaign is valid from 10th Nov-2021 to 10th Feb-2022.
8. Proof of purchase may be required for verification purposes.
9. Any disputes in voucher will be subject to jurisdiction of Nairobi court only.
10. The company reserves all right to modify or withdraw the offer at any point of time.
